I’ve specialized in learning the things my coworkers have been hesitant to and improved processes along the way. At every position I’ve held, I’ve taken a small amount of initial training and learned to advance on my own to help push the team forward. I’ve always been the person to take a daily tedious task and make it fully automated.Currently working as a SQL developer (Oracle | Teradata | T-SQL | PL/SQL | SSIS/SSMS/SSRS) with a focus on reporting automation and data flow improvement. Specialization in being part of an innovation team to move away from Access and into MS SQL Server systems. For the past two years I’ve assisted leading and been a role model for moving department processes to automation and took coworkers senior to me under my wing to assist them in learning new best practices. This has saved everyone from my team up to directors and VPs hundreds of hours of tedious work per week.I also have three years of GIS experience in ESRI products as well as other open source GIS approaches. Focus on cartography and using maps to tell the story raw data can’t. Experience with both government projects as well as coordinating projects between multiple international consulting firms.
