Matt Wadding is an experienced Golf Management professional with over five years in the private club industry, specializing in private golf operations and member services. He demonstrates proven expertise in communication, teaching and coaching, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and Golf Genius software. At Lexington Country Club, Matt contributed to key operational projects, including securing and designing new range targets after Hurricane Ian and collaborating with Turfhound to upgrade old range mats with brand-new state of the art ones. Additionally, he enhanced day-to-day operations by managing inside/outside scheduling and handling other core managerial responsibilities such as hiring potentially new candidates. During his three-month tenure at Trenton Country Club, he enhanced his expertise in member engagement and golf operations management by leading junior golf instruction and assisting with the PGA Junior Team program.
