At Universal Group, I oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance and facilities operations across both Universal Store and Perfect Stranger. That includes emergency repairs, planned preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and procurement—all with a strong focus on compliance with Australian standards and WHS protocols. I conduct regular audits, maintain detailed records, and work within digital management systems to ensure documentation is always up to date and inspection-ready. Whether I’m supporting business growth through new store rollouts or solving day-to-day issues with minimal disruption, I bring a calm, proactive, and detail-focused approach to every challenge.
