Experienced Army NCO, Progressive minded EMS Director, Critical Care Provider and Educator with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. for the last 10 plus years as a supervisor, manager, and clinician I have focused on compliance and process improvement within organizations improving billing and documentation practices. I have helped build several QA/QI programs from the ground up, and love process improvement and brainstorming new ways to do things. Skilled in Customer Service, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Training. Strong operations professional with a Associate's degree focused in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from East Mississippi Community College. Currently a Tennessee Paramedic Instructor as well as the NAEMT, and ASHI. I believe training, orientation, and feedback are the keys to a successful foundation for our new and old employees. The other cog is a developed respect between me and co workers I strive that all co workers know they can come to me and I will have the answer or get the answer. I strive to be a listening ear to those that need one and really make sure everyone understands the mental health crisis and how it affects providers.
