I've worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. I started as a PC tech in a small "Mom & Pop" shop and have since done everything from technical support and helpdesk duties to network/systems management and telecom administration. I have experience doing network and hardware support and administration for several school districts in Ohio, foreign liaison offices at Wright Patterson AFB, and multi-national companies. I'm a "Jack of all Trades," master of some.
