About Matthew White

I’m a self-motivated, hands-on engineer who’s worked my way up through the technical and management sides of high voltage testing. I graduated from Frostburg State University with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Physics, and since then I’ve built a career around solving complex problems and improving systems that power real results. I started out as a Service Engineer working with high voltage, high current, and high power test units, moved into Test Engineering, and now lead Quality and Calibration Management. Along the way, I’ve developed a basic understanding of partial discharge, worked on systems up to 1500 kVDC and 1200 kVAC, and earned my Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belts. I’m highly proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with some coding, and experienced in project and team management. I never miss a deadline and believe in combining efficiency, quality, and strong leadership to deliver results. At the end of the day, I enjoy problem-solving and building systems that make things run smoother and smarter. There’s no such thing as a perfect process, there’s always room to make it better.
