About Matthew White

I have been involved in business and people management for over twenty years, having successfully managed McDonald's Restaurants, ALDI Supermarkets and Retail Stores. I managed a patch of McDonald's Restaurants from 2006 until 2011, supervising around 20 managers and over 200 staff, as well as project managing the opening of four different McDonald's Restaurants over a three year period.Following this, I was employed as a Retail Division Manager, and was responsible for 10-20 retail stores spread throughout the eastern states of Australia, and was instrumental in implementing a variety of new administration and management systems into these stores, as well as overseeing the opening of around 10 new locations.More recently performing as a Business Development Manager with Pizza Capers, I was employed in delivering professional coaching services and advice to a group of franchisees over the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and Northern NSW.As the Wage Compliance Specialist for Retail Food Group since July 2016, I have developed systems and processes to assist franchise partners in wage compliance and ensure Fair Work requirements are being met and maintained and ensure compliance for the many brands and the master franchisor.
