I have an bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from Hood College, and I am currently working as an MTO Technical Specialist at Catalent Pharma Solutions, a leading provider of advanced delivery technologies, development, and manufacturing solutions for drugs and biologics. My core competencies include project implementation, operational excellence, and risk assessment. In my current role, I take on leadership of fellow colleagues, and advance in technical skill sets, while increasing concision and quality of my primary duties. I manage collaborations to assign classification to deviation records, conduct investigational interviews, and perform analytical assessments of risk and impact. I also utilize deductive reasoning to fortify and test the logical statements asserted during investigation technical writing. I have expert attention to detail throughout resolving complex, comprehensive, and time-sensitive non-compliance issues, and I deploy solution-based corrective actions with essential stakeholders. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and life-saving products, and I value the culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence at Catalent. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously worked as a BioProcess Specialist at Emergent BioSolutions, where I authored and resolved deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and additional documents to support production needs and meet product release requirements. I also received a sustainability award for demonstrating excellence and over-achievement in environmental restoration.
