I am an experienced manager with a proven record of delivering results and building engaged teams. I have a strong, positive, mind-set, I am loyal and I’m very adaptable. I am ambitious and constantly looking to develop and progress myself, as well as supporting and encouraging development in those around me. I am passionate about putting people first, creating an environment in which my team can thrive. As a manager I adapt my approach to suit people of all backgrounds, and unite the team through identity and shared purpose. I am a fast learner, a hard worker and can always be relied upon to go above and beyond the parameters of my job role. I am proactive, self-motivated and results driven, comfortable working as part of a team and leading it, but also able to work autonomously and with initiative. I have continued to evolve on my professional journey from a direct Salesperson to a well-rounded manager. I am confident that with my experience, passion and ambition I could make a positive impact wherever my next step will be.
