About Matthew Wright

Working with people and helping them realise their potential, is what gets me up in the morning. My current role allows me to work closely with business people to help not only develop their business systems, but also see their own potential. I am a classic example of finding something you enjoy and becoming really good at it. The management and support I get to help people with, sees my skill set used to full advantage. Empathy and genuine interest to understand peoples unique perspectives, strategic skills to help them plan, analytical skills to help them see room for improvement and enthusiasm to support when the going gets tough. Having experience in both self-employed businesses and as an employee, gives me an ability to see the big picture and an understanding of what is required to see a project through to completion. With advanced real-life skills in management and knowledge found through my MBA, the next phase of my professional career will no doubt be exciting as I see what opportunities lay ahead.
