As an IT Director I have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of strategic projects and programs that deliver value through technology, as well as leading transformational change within IT aligned with our business’s growth strategy. My strengths include my ability to lead large multi-vendor teams to deliver programs of work, providing direction and thought leadership to navigate complex interdependencies, build engagement and a sense of purpose, establish strong governance and stakeholder engagement, and ultimately align delivery with value and growth creation. I have strong experience in large scale Business Transformations, IT Organizational strategy and operating model implementations, and delivery of iterative, innovative, and advanced technologies. I collaborate with divergent stakeholders to direct and influence business decisions through clear communication. My passion is establishing and leading trusted teams that promote autonomy, accountability, bring a diverse and inclusive challenger mindset, and are willing to go the extra mile. I’ve been fortunate to lead some great people and have had immense pleasure in mentoring individuals through their own journeys. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of undertaking programs that push the boundaries through either new technologies, scale, or new ways of working. What makes me unique is my ability to translate and clearly articulate business strategies and objectives into IT strategies and deliverables. I have deep knowledge in the areas of ERP Implementation, Business Transformation, Agile delivery at scale, Data and Analytics and IT transformation, and how these underpin business strategies and add value.
