With experience across academia, applied research, and entrepreneurship, I take a systems-thinking approach to solving some of the world’s most urgent environmental and social challenges. At The Ocean Cleanup, I lead the Environmental and Social Affairs team, ensuring their plastic removal efforts generate maximum benefit for both ecosystems and communities. We translate complex data into actionable insights, turning plastic removed into tangible environmental and socio-economic outcomes. I’m also the founder and CEO of Empaqtify, a company that empowers purpose-driven organizations and investors to assess, improve, and communicate their impact. As the impact space grows, many struggle with evaluating effectiveness or demonstrating value. Empaqtify bridges this gap with rigorous, science-based tools and strategic guidance. We help decision-makers allocate resources where they’ll matter most, and enable innovators to communicate their impact with confidence.
