Where do I come from? I am an enthusiastic physicist who admires the beauty of the laws of nature who govern everything in our modern comfortable lives that is enabled by high speed communication, seamless connectivity and digitalization made possible by computers designed and made possible by pushing the limits of semiconductor physics to the quantum level What do I offer? In my career I have transformed from researcher and industrial process technology developer to business developer, market intelligence analyst and strategic business planner for technology driven companies. I have realized that the fast pace of technology development has created a huge gap between commercial sales and client oriented people and the deep tech experts that enable the business. Communication between those two separated groups who often work in silos has become very challenging, yet fundamental for the flourishing of many businesses. I offer best in class interdisciplinary communication skills between research and technology teams and business leaders, as I chose to find my comfort zone exactly in the death valley between deep tech and fast pased consumer product world Who do I work with? I want to partner up with dynamic and forward thinking entrepreneurial mindsets who wish to drive innovation based on latest technology with agile teams and dynamic external partnerships Why it works? Although digitalization has changed many business processes to the better end, many organisations remain calcified in silos of competence pools where only peers flock together that share the same skill background. Sales people don't trust researchers and technical people consider commercial people incompetent. This mindset is toxic and can cause successful companies to tumble in competitive environment. I have spent half my career in research and deep tech and the other one with marketing and business people and end customers in technical environment, thus I really know how both worlds function and I am happy to stay on the borderline to speed up the success journey for technology driven businesses
