With over 14 years of experience in the professional training and coaching industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader in the field of education, sponsoring, digitalization, and entrepreneurship. As the Geschäftsführer of Dr. Buhmann Schule, a non-profit organization that offers vocational and higher education programs, I oversee the strategic planning, management, and development of the school and its affiliated institutions. My mission is to provide high-quality and relevant education that prepares students for the challenges and opportunities of the digital age, while also fostering their personal and professional growth. I have a strong background in marketing, with a doctorate degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and I conduct research on the impact and potential of sponsoring for educational and sports organizations. I am also an avid supporter and promoter of (e-)sports, as the Sportlicher Leiter of a professional esports team and the Akademieleiter of a sports academy.
