Matthias Range has 4 years programme management, microfinance, as well as micro and small business development expertise honed in Indonesia. This was prepared by a university degree in business administration and various internships in the private sector and the development cooperation in various countries. His creative, goal- and result-based working attitude gained him the position of an acting team leader in his last programme, advising the central bank of Indonesia in the reconstruction process of the conflict- and disaster-affected Aceh province.
