I'm working directly with the Head of R&D and the wider business to spread the Design capability throughout the business into all the areas that need it. Since 2021, when I started as the very first Head of Design, we've come a very long way: we've grown from 5 to well over 30 Designers, we're adding our value in 7 out of the 9 key portfolios, we're part of the process, and we're influencing the best way we can on levels both strategic and tactical.
