In my position as General Manager at Signify, I’m dedicated to creating solutions together with strong partners, while achieving long-term and sustainable business success. I’ve driven the transition from conventional technology to LED business while working in ecosystems of end-users, specifiers, wholesales and installers. At the same time, I focus on developing people and shaping the organization while balancing change curves. Finally, I believe in taking a growth mindset and that most challenges can be solved not only through dedication and hard work, but also acknowledging failures to keep us improving!
