IT Professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting Small and Medium Businesses with their digital transformation. During my various jobs, I have worked both as a technical expert and manager. I required the following skill & capabilities (most relevant): • Line management, project management & leading teams • Enterprise & IT Architecture development & implementation • Working successfully with and in international teams • Being able to sell solutions and ideas to different types of organisations and people • Design, implementation & testing of complex global IT infrastructure solutions I have also created my own company, Etika, specialised in remote assistance for various database vendors in France. The ethos of the company was based on customer care and centricity whilst bringing a very agile model of remote intervention. I like to approach problems from a methodological perspective while not losing out of sight the practical and implementation part of the assignment. I like to work in teams and try to get the best result out of all individuals, while respecting personal and cultural differences.
