With nearly 15 years of experience in real estate, I bring a versatile and adaptive skill set that allows me to navigate in diverse asset classes. As a Director within the Real Estate Private Equity team at Tikehau Capital (European leader in alternative AM), I lead the strategy of pan-European portfolios across retail, office, logistic, residential, and more recently, data-centers. My responsibilities include: • Designing and executing fund strategies across Core+ and Value-Add Real Estate Equity profiles • Leading key negotiations (leasing, financing, development, disposals) and managing full asset life cycles • Coordinating external operating partners, property managers and service providers to ensure operational excellence • Managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around investment objectives Operating in an entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and ownership, I am focused on unlocking long-term value and delivering results across complex, multi-market investments.
