As the head of Customer Success at FactSet France I am leading a team of 25 experts aiming towards a common goal: Solving our clients’ greatest challenges and help them improving their ROI. Within my role, I am highly exposed to complex challenges in the following spaces: implementing software and digital solutions within the portfolio lifecycle; performing Financial data blueprints and providing workflow enhancement recommendations; Setting high quality project management standards; partnering with our clients stakeholders to better serve our end users.
