Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de visie, strategie, en middel tot lange termijn ontwikkeling van het hypotheken (IT) platform en landschap in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Vanuit mijn digitaliseringskennis combineer ik markt trends, de (toekomstige) klantvraag en innovatieve IT-oplossingen om nieuwe strategieën en proposities te ontwikkelen. Dit stelt Stater in staat om te groeien in haar huidige en nieuwe markten. Daarnaast zijn Stater haar klanten hierdoor in staat om te anticiperen op en te profiteren van markt trends om zo hun eigen klantwaarde en groei doelstellingen te realiseren.Ik heb expertise in de ontwikkeling van digitale transformatie, internationale expansie en innovatie binnen het hypotheken domein, op dit moment met een focus op de Nederland, België en Duitsland. Digitalisering is een randvoorwaarde voor het verhogen van de klant waarde. Echter kunnen bedrijven past echt beter presteren dan hun concurrenten door middel van innovatieve toepassingen die: IT, ecosystemeen integratie en de behoeften van de eindgebruiker combineren.Ik ben iemand met goede analytische vaardigheden, die in staat is om veranderingen binnen de organisatie te initiëren. Ik heb ervaring in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe bedrijfsstrategieën, marktuitbreiding en business development. Ik werk graag binnen de driehoek: advies/consultancy, innovatie en IT.I am responsible for the vision, strategy and medium to long term development of the (IT) platform for mortgages in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With my digital transformation knowledge I combine, market trends, customer demand and innovative IT solutions to develop new strategies and propositions. This enables Stater to grow in her current and new markets while also helping our clients to anticipate and make advantage of trends in order to realize their own customer value and growth targets.I have expertise in digital transformation, international expansion and innovation within mortgage domain. At the moment with a focus on the Benelux and Germany. Digitization is an important condition for improving customer value. However, only through innovative applications that combine IT, ecosystem integration and end-user needs, can companies out-perform their competitors. I am someone with good analytical skills, capable of initiating change within the organization. I have experience in developing new business strategies, market expansion and business developments. I like to work in a combination of the areas: consultancy, Innovation and IT.
