I lead business development & international expansion, and continuous improvement of our service processes at Suomen Brodeeraus Oy. Our vision is simple: to make workwear procurement the easiest and most enjoyable experience. Along the way, we aim to become known as the most honest and flexible partner in the industry. We are building a future where customers get high-quality products and a service experience that sets the bar across industries. Prior to my current role, I have built a strong background in digital marketing and business growth, working with clients ranging from SMEs to international corporations like Ford, Nivea for Men, and Fiskars. Over the years, I have led result-driven marketing projects, optimized service processes, and helped businesses achieve measurable growth. My career journey includes building and leading a 14-person marketing agency. We specialized in digital advertising (inc. strategy and content) and other techniques, focusing on delivering measurable business results. This entrepreneurial experience has given me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow businesses in many competitive markets. As for current business in SB, I’m responsible for opening new markets, sharpening the customer journey, and ensuring that progress happens with a plan, but without unnecessary bureaucracy. We believe that real results are achieved when we keep things bright, straightforward, and free of stiff formality.
