I am an Associate Professor of Management of Healthcare Organizations and Applied Quantitative Methods at the University of Bergamo. With a diverse background in Operations Research, Data Science, Finance, and applied quantitative methods, my research centers on developing decision-making models across sectors such as healthcare, transportation, and research evaluation. My goal is to support diverse stakeholders—including investment funds, healthcare organizations (both public and private), and transportation entities—in refining their decision-making processes to achieve more effective, data-driven outcomes.I am Principal Investigator (PI) for two national projects within the "Advanced Technologies for Human-Centered Medicine"(ANTHEM) initiative, coordinating collaboration between private and public partners to integrate advanced technologies and AI-driven solutions into patient-centered healthcare. I am also project evaluator for the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and the European COST Association.
