I am a lifestyle videographer who connects on vital levels of each individual artist. I go by Matty Icee."New era. New Sound. New visuals." Creator of The Blasfamous Life Series Creator of The Fifteen Seconds of Fame Video series Creator of The Catalyst Orange Project Creator of the Empire Rises series 2009 Congressional Art Award Winner – “Pittsburgh City High”, displayed in the US Capitol building for a year. Texas born and foster child from 94' to 99' until relocating to my adopted family in Pittsburgh, PA. My experience through those years and continuing on - I've been able to observe, learn, and adapt in any situation and to any experience to make an artistic impact I felt was necessary. After my graduation in 2011 my introduction to the music industry began. I started connecting with arts by turning their vision into reality- literally. Videos, album covers, and promotional material are my domain. 2012, I left college in Houston, TX striving to make an impact by creating a collective of artists and their music known as “Campus Swag” supporting the talented individuals simultaneously looking to pursue their degrees and their artistic passions. I left that scene and began my life on tour traveling and filming in the Midwest in that process attended SXSW in Austin, Texas. On tour with artists- I developed my sixth sense processes for creating documentaries while living the lifestyle of each artist. I made my move to LA in June 2012 after my visit in April 2012 and creating valuable relationships. I’ve matured and grown in all aspects of art while I've been here, looking to connect with developing independent artists and share the journey to success. From my unique start to life compared to the average- I’ve viewed the world from a different pair of eyes and as any artist- I plan on painting the world from my perspective.
