About Matty Zaradich

Matthew "Matty" Zaradich is Senior Manager of Professional Service for Sprout Social in Dublin. Matty has been at Sprout for nearly seven years. Prior to Sprout, Matty was Associate Director of Continuing Education at Erikson Institute, a graduate school in child development in River North in Chicago. Matty's work was in developing and executing training and development solutions for clients in the field of early childhood education and care, ranging broadly from individual practitioners to large public school systems and everyone in between. His work helped thousands of educators and clinicians improve their practice working with children and families in the most important years of a child's life. Matty has also worked (pro bono) with a number of organizations in advocacy and activism for the LGBT community. Most recently, he was a campaign fellow with Freedom for All Americans, the bipartisan campaign to enact LGBT-inclusive non-discrimination campaigns in every state in the country. In 2019, he joined Sprout Social as a member of the newly-formed Onboarding team. Matty brought his deep experience in adult education to the role, and was part of the team that shaped and formed the philosophy behind Sprout's unique and impactful onboarding experience. In 2021, he was promoted to Manager, and moved to Dublin, Ireland, to lead not just the onboarding team, but the Scale Success team, as well. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Manager, and continues to lead the Corporate Success and Onboarding teams in Sprout's EMEA division. Matty is a licensed Executive and Business Coach in Ireland, holding a diploma from Coach Institute of Ireland in Executive and Business Coaching (2023). Matty's coaching practice has a simple philosophy: the mind that asks the questions also holds the answers, and his work helps clients uncover their own potential to reach the successes they seek. Matty lives in Islandbridge in Dublin. He's an avid runner and completed his fifth Chicago Marathon in 2019. He is an Episcopalian, and was very involved at his parish, All Saints' Episcopal Church in Chicago, and in the larger diocese and national church; he is now a member of Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, and is active as a member of the Cathedral Friends.
