I have over 15 years of international experience comprising from roles in strategy consulting, global program management and operations. I have held responsibilities in Finance, HR, IT and Business Development. Following my MBA, I have joined EY within the Operational Transaction Services group, advising corporate and SME clients around carve-out and post-merger integration management. Currently I am responsible to ensure business requirements for Information Security are in place within all legal entities of BMW Financial Services. Within the various roles, I have developed and directed departments, managed capital intensive budgets, led project teams, introduced and optimized operational processes. I have worked in positions of great autonomy as well as multi-cultural team environments. I am pro-active, energetic and determined individual with good interpersonal and leadership skills. Language skills: Slovak/Czech, English, German, Spanish and Mandarin.
