About Maud Bailly

Passionate about leadership and transformation journeys, I've had the chance to manage many different teams, in a wide variety of professional environments - both public and private, industrial and service. These different experiences enabled me to develop strong skills in leadership, digital and organizational transformation, marketing, sales, IT, crisis management, and operational P&L management - both regional and global. But to me, soft skills matter as much as the hard ones; my greatest passion consists into identifying talents, revealing their full potential and building high-performance teams, whose power is always greater than the sum of its individual parts. I believe deeply in the values of Excellence, Teamwork, Responsiveness and Solidarity. For me, the pleasure of working together and a strong EQ are critical levers of lasting success. I have also, for the past 5 years, specialized in CSR, with a social and environmental roadmap to help Hospitality industry to switch to a sustainable Luxury, around plastic, foodwaste, ecocertification, carbon neutrality, diversity, involving in-depth research into new solutions, thanks to our technology teams and our procurement platform. Last but not least, for almost 15 years, I have also been involved in many NGOs and voluntary work, through mentoring and coaching, as well as supporting causes in favor of diversity and equal chance. Transmission and teaching are pillars of my career, as to me, the primary role and duty of a Leader is to build powerful teams.
