Highly motivated and true team player, Maud’s expertise lies within the luxury hospitality sector. Maud looked after the development of branded and unbranded residential projects, from market research, product development to sales strategy and sales. Maud has worked with the following brands: IHG, Six Senses, Hard Rock, Sumosan, Cour du Baron Residences at Les Bordes Estate and Antognolla Residences; as well as with the following property developers: Cain International, Roundshield Partners, VIY Management, Range Development, Cayo Rosario Partners and Weller Development Partners. Maud then joined Pacha Group which owned a variety of brands from hotels and restaurants to cabaret shows and nightclubs. Brands included: Lio, Destino, Pacha, Casa Pacha, Pachacha, El Hotel Pacha, Ftelia, with locations in London, Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca and Mykonos. In October 2023, Pacha Group transitioned to Lio Group following the sale of Pacha nightclub, Destino Ibiza and El Hotel Pacha to FIVE Group. Maud is currently the Project Manager for Loulou Groupe's newest project, looking after the development of 16 Charles Street in the heart of Mayfair. The project will include a mix of restaurants and lounges, some open to the public and others reserved for members.
