About Maude Baudier

I deeply believe that sport is one of the last spaces able to bring people together, inspire them, and drive lasting change. This conviction led me to create LBDC Organisation, the parent company of two complementary brands: Les Bornées and Smatchy. In 2018, I launched Les Bornées — a sports community that has grown into a movement promoting gender diversity and women’s place in cycling and triathlon. Today, more than clients and followers embody this vision of an accessible, inclusive, and inspiring sport. Five years later, I wanted to go further. With Smatchy, I created an app that helps people find sports partners nearby — and helps brands and companies connect with an active, highly targeted audience. Smatchy already counts users, is a fully developed product available on iOS and Android, and carries a clear ambition: to become the core of the connected sports ecosystem. In 2024, this work was recognized with several distinctions: 🥇 Winner of Go Entrepreneurs – Public’s Favorite Award Top 40 – Choiseul Sport Business Ranking Top 100 – Choiseul Under 40 Today, we are opening LBDC Organisation’s capital to accelerate our growth. Our goal: to raise €1 million at a €4.5 million valuation through a crowdequity campaign. We are building a platform that connects athletes, brands, and experts around a single mission: to make sport a lever for social, economic, and human impact.
