About Maude Beaumier

I started my career in the hotel industry as a receptionist. It's a job I really enjoyed because it allowed me to come into contact with people from all over the world, to interact with them and to help them feel at home. I also liked working at the front desk because it is the nerve center of a hotel, and there's never a dull moment. My ability to motivate others, my desire to always offer the best customer service and my organizational skills led me to obtain the role of Operations Director. During my years as Operations Director, I continued to train myself to become a better manager. In 2016, I undertook a full-time bachelor's degree in human resources. My first role in HR was HRBP and I quickly transition to an HR Manager position. I would describe myself as an effective leader who comes up with creative solutions that enable the business and its teams to perform. I get people to collaborate and communicate to solve problems and function better as a team in the broadest sense.
