About Maude Martinez

I am currently in Warsaw, Poland. I have spent the four years of global bachelor degree studying and working in France, in the United States and in Singapore. I have been learning and building up competencies in Global Business, in Cultural Awareness, in Emotional Intelligence, in Adversity, and in Human Resources. I am always looking to better understand both cultures and people's needs, to be able to provide efficient solutions and help. With a strong attraction to technology, I am continuously learning programming language and new tools to improve work efficiency and systems in HR (Excel VBA, Microsoft Workflow, Python for example). Thanks to work experience in France, in the United States, in Singapore, and in Poland, I have developed a strong desire to build up a path towards Human Resources. My main interest and abilities lean towards new technologies, analytics and automation within Human Resources. My values are kindness, helpfulness and being human. I am now beginning a new journey in HR at Bain :)
