About Maureen Coltre

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, I have lived in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Burlington Counties. Having spent most of my life in the Metropolitan New York area, I am well acquainted with that region. I relocated to the South Jersey/Philadelphia area in with my family, and worked as a realtor there, familiarizing myself with Burlington, Camden, Gloucester Counties and the Shore area. I moved back to Essex County in 2013, but still have ties to South Jersey, and can help anyone looking to move there. I am currently a Broker-Salesperson as well as a licensed real estate instructor. As a former teacher, I am well versed in the school districts in the State. I also have additional experience in the real estate field having been a real estate paralegal as well as a realtor, and have worked in property management. I currently hold the following real estate accreditations: Broker, Instructor, ABR, Green. Specialties: Residential real estate in the state of New Jersey. I have a broker's license and instructor's license as well as accreditation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Green Designation.
