As an HR Business Partner at SMA Solar Technology AG, I strategically and operationally support the Home Segment in all HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle. I advise leaders, drive talent development, and anticipate the impact of business decisions on HR strategy. Additionally, I actively shape HR processes and programs to foster a sustainable and future-oriented work culture. Previously, I worked in Global Learning & People Development, where I co-developed SMA’s competency management system and conducted personality diagnostics, management audits, and assessment centers for recruitment and employee development. With a degree in Psychology (specializing in Work & Organizational Psychology), a certification as a Trainer & Coach for the LINC Personality Profiler, and a strong focus on workshop facilitation and change management, I support organizations in actively shaping transformation and unlocking potential. My goal: To drive people-centric HR solutions that empower both businesses and employees to thrive.
