Maureen is an Improvement Specialist with ARUP Laboratories, Quality Systems and Support, in Salt Lake City. She came to this role after serving as President of HartePro Consulting, a certified Woman-Owned Small Business and certified Women's Business Enterprise, for 10 years. She is a Johnson & Johnson Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record of training and mentoring individuals and teams through Continuous Improvement training and projects. Cumulative project savings to date total >$40 million. Leader in developing tools and programs to drive product sales and organizational efficiency. She has extensive experience designing and delivering effective process improvement and change management workshops and training sessions to global audiences at all levels in organizations, and with varying levels of experience.
