About Maureen Heroux

I’ve been in automotive since 1987. I started as a data entry clerk for the parts department of a Chevrolet & Honda dealer. I moved my way up to parts counter sales to wholesale manager. Finally ended up in a service department where I became a sponge and absorbed as much about the policy and processes that I could. I learned about automobile repair, how and why things worked the way they did, to better communicate with my customers. I’ve worked high end and enjoyed it but nothing beats the rush of a busy service department, organized chaos at best. I worked side by side with my first service manager, gaining my first job title of assistant service manager where I learned warranty claim coding to input and balancing debits and credits. I held myself to a high standard of always being personable with my customer base while keeping it professional. On average I touched base with 500 customers a month and maintained a CSI of 97 weighing a multi car line GM Dealership.
