In 2020, I decided to reframe my idea of what a successful life looks like. So, I made the decision to focus my business on Executive and Transformational Coaching whilst still using my expertise in HR when required. There’s no limit to the power of an effective coach: they know what to ask, when - helping you get the lightbulb moment you need to develop. HR has a huge potential to develop talent as a seamless, integral part of your business strategy. With an established career in this field, I’m able to support and guide business owners - empowering them to become the best employers and leaders they can be.
