We work with both small groups and large businesses, delivering tailored programs that support employees at every stage of life. With over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I’ve developed a strong foundation in operations and insurance, particularly in healthcare accounts (provider and member services) and Property & Casualty Insurance focused on Workers’ Compensation. Since starting in 2004 as a frontliner, I’ve grown into leadership roles such as Quality Assurance Analyst, Team Lead, Assistant Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Lead. I’ve also played a key role in onboarding and mentoring new associates as an ABAY Lead Master. Beyond my professional work, I pursue a deep passion for education and the arts. I teach part-time in Senior High School under the Creative Industries track and lead theater arts classes for elementary and high school students. Teaching and working with young creatives allows me to stay connected to my artistic roots and contribute meaningfully to youth development.
