Has demonstrated a progressive health care leadership experience, an active member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), and extensive clinical expertise in both academic acute care and community hospital settings. Coupled with an academic preparation and clinical experience has provided the foundation of "raising the bar" of self and others. Track record of success in managing complex programs that align with our provincial partners to improve the delivering of the program through system efficiencies. This LEAN methodology approach has resulted in positive health care and organizational outcomes towards both quality improvements and safe delivery of patient-family centered care. A global and community invited lecturer and research contributor by producing scholarly articles, publications, and public presentations. Awarded Winner of the CANNT Journal of the Year in 2020 for the research in the Role of Peritoneal Dialysis for Advanced Heart Failure Patients.
