I’m a mission-driven leader with 20+ years of experience in public service and nonprofit management, currently serving as Chief of Staff for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO).I lead organization-wide strategy, executive operations, and cross-functional planning for a $30M city agency focused on economic mobility and racial equity. I support the Executive Director, guide annual planning, and oversee HR, employee engagement, and organizational culture to strengthen team performance and alignment.My work has included leading a complex office merger, managing executive transitions, expanding operational capacity, and helping increase our general fund revenue from $50K to over $4M in four years through close collaboration with the Executive Director and leadership team to strengthen performance and efficiency. I build systems and teams that center impact, collaboration, and equity—always with a focus on delivering results for residents.Previously, I led Girl Scouts of Eastern PA through pandemic-era innovation, launching virtual engagement for thousands of girls and volunteers. I also directed youth and workforce development programs at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, reaching more than youth.I thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, inclusive service design, and compassionate leadership—and I’m passionate about helping people and places flourish.
