About Maureen Morris

Designer, sales professional and educator, I thrive on guiding clients through the design process and ensuring that they feel confident and comfortable with their decorating choices. Although I build relationships and close sales, my goal always is to help clients craft beautiful surroundings through the integration of may types of interconnected home systems, including Lutron and Somfy - as well as the Shade Store in house brand. Naturally, this process requires attention to detail and the cultivation of a high level of expertise which has translated over time to the development of excellent project management skills. While I was an elementary and middle school teacher for a time, I quickly discovered that I am much more skilled at using my teaching skills to instruct and guide adults in their quest for beautiful living environments. I also utilize my natural and learned skills to train and on-board new employees, as well as support our operations team as needed.
