I am also viewed as fair and transparent with a strong patient focus, following up on quality of care concerns with priority attention. What I believe in most about what I do is guiding compassionate, ethical, strengths-based person and family-centred care. In addition, I believe in creating work-life satisfaction for health care providers and supporting sustainable work places.
