About Maureen Toal

I have been involved in dentistry for more than twenty-five years. My early experience began in my father’s dental practice in St. Louis, Missouri. There, I received my certification in dental assisting in 1973, followed by a license in dental hygiene in 1975. After graduating from Washington University Dental School in 1985, I followed with an additional year of post-graduate training in Hospital Dentistry at the VA Medical Center in St. Louis. I received advanced training in anesthesia and emergency medicine and am a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomat of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. I have been practicing in Phoenix, Arizona since 1990. I have established a complete dental operatory for IV sedation and general anesthesia in my private practice. I also practice in several outpatient surgery centers in the valley. At the Center For Dental Rehabilitation it is our goal to help you regain confidence in receiving regular dental care and correct any dental problems you may be experiencing, causing you horrible pain, sleepless nights, or inactive behavior in your workplace or everyday activities.
