About Maurice Donners

With over 20 years of experience as an innovation professional at Signify, I combine technology with business and market analysis to identify and prioritize new opportunities and turn them into new business. I ensure that gaps in the path from idea to market launch are identified and closed, hands-on, diving to the molecular level if needed. Innovation is only successful when it lands on the market. I enjoy working on challenging, socially relevant topics in complex environments with high uncertainty. My expertise includes medical devices, lighting technology, sustainability, human factors and animal science, built up during 25+ years of front-end innovation work. I have contributed to multiple patents and publications in these fields. I have also developed and applied my communication and analytical skills as a division MT member at CIE and an associate researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology. I am looking for a new challenge in innovation, program, or portfolio management in a technology-intensive industry.
