Having 25+Years of comprehensive background with various exposure in onshore for Oil and Gas producing facilities, Petrochemical, Gas Pipeline construction companies and Electrical Engineering Industry’s with excellent supervisory in construction management and leadership of competency in decision making, communication, motivation and development of people and able to provide leadership in attaining company's goal and objectives. With 12 years being employed in senior roles within the Industry, I am highly adaptable and resilient in the face of new challenges, especially when it comes to people management, project management and adhering to on-site health and safety in accordance with strict Industry standard protocols and procedures. I can manage and ​enhance any high-pressure construction environment, whether it be organizing or managing contracts, people management, communicating effectively or initiating health and safety protocols on ​complex large-scale international projects. As an experienced Site Manager, I am confident in my abilities to work well as part of a project management team, especially within the ​commercial, industrial, petrochemical and energy (oil & gas) Industries. ​I understand how to identify, solve or fix problems or issues that may arise, and I am both personable and approachable, whether that is as an organizer, leader or trainer. I also have attained a high proficiency in leading and motivating multi-disciplined workforce with diverse national, lingual and cultural backgrounds on a wide range of projects. To date, ​I have managed multiple projects from brownfield sites to handover of large scale facilities, ensuring client satisfaction and completion of projects goals in line with budget and timescale. I also feel my past experience working as a business owner has given me additional problem solving and people skills that can be just as effective in any environment. As a passionate worker, I have an astute ability to learn quickly, a willingness to listen, and I always try to contribute and enhance a project in a positive way.
