I am an Operations Manager with 15 years of experience in both the direct marketing and print industries. My areas of expertise include controlling the process of production, redesigning business operations, database administration, and employee leadership. I am passionate about improving project work flow and exceeding expectations. I excel in a team environment and partner well with senior leadership. My strengths consist of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening, and a detail-oriented work ethic. I kicked off my career in operations as a data admin manager where I focused on increase of production, and decreasing machine downtime. I quickly moved up the direct mail ladder before going back to school and earning a bachelor's degree. I am looking to advance into a management position at a company that embodies a progressive tech culture. I desire to build positive relationships with my peers, leadership, and employees and would love to utilize my efficiency and planning expertise to help a company evolve into its fullest potential.
