I am an experienced project manager with over five and a half years in the restoration industry in Denver. In this role, I oversee all aspects of multiple residential and commercial rebuilds and remodels, including client consultations, estimating, obtaining permits, and managing both company staff and subcontractors. Prior to this position, I worked as a project manager for a design/build firm in Boulder specializing in high-end residential remodels and custom builds. My strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, allowed me to excel and grow in this role. I am eager to apply my experience and expertise to a management position within a forward-thinking company. In addition to my project management experience, I have owned and operated a contracting business in both Los Angeles, California, and Boulder, Colorado. Success in this capacity required exceptional organization, time management, and technological proficiency, enabling me to oversee multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. My ability to deliver excellence in a word-of-mouth-driven industry demonstrates my commitment to client satisfaction and project success. My background also includes serving as a team supervisor in the scenic carpentry and creative department at Mattel Toys, where I managed a team of over 25 carpenters for large-scale trade show installations. This position provided opportunities to collaborate across multiple departments, including audio-visual, marketing, lighting, and design. Although I stopped working with Mattel in 2021, I left on excellent terms and continue to maintain positive professional relationships. Prior to my departure, I contributed to trade show installations in New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
