Social impact fuels my work with organizations to design workplaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best. Drawing on entrepreneurial experience and expertise in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and relationship-building, I help teams thrive and organizations unlock their full potential. After more than a decade leading hospitality and entertainment businesses, I chose a new path to make a meaningful contribution to people’s well-being. I began partnering with Social Purpose Organizations to strengthen and measure their social impact. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of contemplative practices — and the science behind them — for individuals, teams, and communities. This journey led me to AtentaMente, an internationally recognized leader in well-being research and applied contemplative science for social transformation. Together, we launched Interwoven in Canada to expand this vision through accessible programs grounded in neuroscience and contemplative wisdom. Today, I work with diverse organizations to cultivate cultures of trust, collaboration, and resilience — environments where individuals and communities can truly thrive.
