Data-driven process improvements. Striving to increase performance of processes through leveraging process mining solutions is what I am incredibly passionate about. Being able to investigate new processes and use my robust knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management developed during my bachelor and master along with knowledge of financial processes and all sorts of custom and unique processes encountered over the past years in the industry is what makes my job great! Making sure solutions are prioritized based on objective measures instead of gut-feeling allows conpanies to properly prioritize. Guiding customers through this realization of the power of data driven process improvement is what makes the field of Process Intelligence so unique. My strengths lie in connecting people, processes and technology with one another and my ability to quickly understand new processes and environments. Alongside being highly motivated to help others and support others in their development through coaching and guidance.
