I am an Operations Director with over twenty years of experience in the automotive, HVACR, industrial and packaging sectors. I recently started a new professional chapter as Managing Director, where I’m expanding my perspective to include broader business management responsibilities, while continuing to apply my operational mindset to lead change and build value. Throughout my career, I have led international teams in highly competitive environments and driven strategic projects that transformed operational performance. I have implemented automation and digitalization initiatives, improved production efficiency and worked to standardize best practices across multiple sites. I’ve also contributed to optimizing the supply chain and logistics, as well as strengthening workplace safety and customer satisfaction through structured improvement programs. My passion for challenges extends beyond the workplace: in my spare time, I restore vintage vehicles, an activity that requires the same precision, patience and problem-solving skills I apply every day in my work. I believe in building motivated, collaborative teams where people take ownership and contribute to shared success.
