Having been in the IT sector for over nineteen years in companies of varying sizes, I have gained a proven experience in project and transition management, service integration and migration, cloud and infrastructure management as well as in customer relationship management and team building. I have managed local and international teams involved in complex projects, where I have built effective organization which has been positively recognized by customers, also thanks to the excellent relationships established with the stakeholders. I have always achieved or exceeded personal and corporate goals, mainly due to my dedication, my organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as an outstanding ability in managing my own stress levels, as well as those of the people I work with. I like to face new situations, and certainly complicated ones are no exception. I am always seeking innovative and practical solutions which involve all the stakeholders as much as possible. I am proficient at doing so it even in critical and high-tension situations, whilst remaining calm and clear-headed.
